1. Find expertise term(s) on the left. The list of terms can be filtered by typing into the textbox above the list.
2. Move term(s) to the column on the right (drag and drop, double-click, or use arrows).
3. Click the "Find board members" button. If multiple terms were selected, search results will include all board member profiles containing at least one of the selected terms.
